A Return to Work Program

A Return to Work program plans ahead for when your workers may suffer an injury or illness. We help you determin how workers will return in a temporary, limited, or light-duty capacity while they recover by identifying medical providers in the area that handle occupational injuries and ensuring employees are trained and equipped to deal with minor injuries that do not require the assistance of a medical professional.
We will escort any injured employee if medical treatment beyond on-site first aid is required to ensure the employee is given the treatment needed. This prevents over or under treating any injury. We will also directly handle worker’s-comp claims by dealing with adjustors and insurances as needed.
